We recently moved to Ladbroke Grove from Australia. Jason and Louise were marvelous, and made the difficult experience of an international move as easy as possible. They organized video showings of the flat and answered questions promptly and clearly. They were also really principled and and truthful -- we always had the sense that we were being treated fairly. Since we moved in, they've checked to see that things were going smoothly, and ensured that things were on track. They're also really nice people. All in all, they have made the stressful experience of an international move really smooth -- maybe even pleasant :)
