5 ⭐ on everything other than their Disabled WC is located downstairs at their wonderful Brompton Road location.
Been here three days in a row because of convenient location. Servers were perfectly polite but all seemed to be either newly or poorly trained. V slow service. All three mornings there has been no stock on various basics including oat milk, porridge, zero pastries left, and on the last day I got a plain dry scone as there was no cream, butter or jam left. The toilets were also not well kept.
Does what it says on the tin, however I find the service consistently slow. Have also pre-ordered before at this branch to find the staff unaware that an order has been placed.
