This is the second time I’ve used Michael and his crew. The first was from house into storage and now storage into house. They are always polite, friendly and on time. They work hard and fast and are careful with belongings. They carry tools to ensure they can build your furniture back up if needed. They are very competitively priced and represent good value. Highly recommended. I will also advise my friends to use them.
Worst experience. The company didn’t even show up. I booked a month in advance and when I rang to ask where they were they informed me they booked me in for the day after. After sending someone 3 hours late, the guys made us feel as though we were making them work late. They then turned up an hour late to our new property and when asked they said they stopped for food which was fine but they charged us for the entire time. They didn’t even complete the job on the day and we had to go back to the old property at 7am the next day for them to complete the move. They charged us for many more hours than they even worked and when trying to reason with them they were rude, unhelpful and extremely argumentative. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Will never be using again
