Although we initially had some difficulty getting carers to respond via the platform, the office staff were communicative with me and extremely helpful. We have recruited from the platform and so far so good. In comparison to other agencies, and I really really researched, the prices are fair and their commission, unlike others I will not name here, are not abusive to carers. I had been struggling to find full time affordable care for my mother, but Prime Carers have come up trumps. Thank you!
After years of dreadful experiences with a number of care agencies I knew if we kept doing what we had done we would continue to get what we had got which was poor standard of care. I need to be able to work in sync with the carer who is caring for my mother and being able to deal directly with the carer is a game changer for both my mum and I, not to mention most of the money being paid goes directly to the carer. Prime carers have followed up in a professional way twice since my carer starter with us. if your frustrated at a poor service and lack of care I would urge you to try them.
Recently, we recruited 3 live-in carers from Prime Carers. All the carers were experienced, well trained, honest and most importantly, our clients loved them. I would highly recommend Prime Carers.
I was supported by Annette trough my recruitment process. She was brilliant, kind, patient, straightforward and so positive. I cannot say nothing only praise words and I will highly recommend Primecarers after dealing with Annette. Thank you !
I’m so immensely grateful to James at ‘Primecarers’ for his amazing support that I have decided to instruct ‘Primecarers’ on a sole-care provider basis. After all, any other provider would be a dismal disappointment. With a debilitating illness it’s such a relief to know I can depend on ‘Primecarers’ to provide really focused yet flexible care that meets my needs from both from a care escort perspective through to longer term support in my home. Their flexibility is key in helping to secure my independence. Thank you James! and thank you ‘Primecarers’!
